Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for making this purchase. Please carefully read the following product return, exchange, and refund procedures:

Return Policy: You may return unopened products (or those containing a reasonable amount of unused product) in their original packaging within 60 days of placing the order for a refund of the purchase price. Only unopened or marginally worn products in their original packaging can be returned for a refund. If you have any issues regarding whether your opened goods are eligible for return or refund, please contact a customer service representative at Info@Fumarys.com, and we will gladly assist you.

Return Processing: To return a product, please contact us by CLICKING HERE and receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA). If the item is broken or faulty, we may need that you give us images of the damaged or defective items before providing an RMA number. When returning promotional materials, all things included in the offer (free gift, etc.) must be returned. When a promotional item included in the initial order is not returned, the refund amount (excluding shipping expenses) will be reduced. For non-defective returns, you will be liable for the shipping expenses to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items: If you get a damaged item, you must notify customer support within 48 hours after delivery to receive a replacement. We only replace things that are faulty or damaged, and exchanges are only accepted for the same item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If a faulty item is returned with evidence of being dropped or physically damaged, which is judged to be the source of the issue, a 25% restocking charge will be levied.

Exchange Policy: You may be able to speed up an exchange by placing a new order and returning the rejected product. To expedite the exchange, place a new order and give the new invoice number to the customer care representative assigned to your initial claim. The replacement order will be at your expense, and once the undesired item(s) have been returned to us, we will refund you (less shipping expenses). Please consult with your customer care representative before placing a new order.

 

Refunds

A refund will be granted after the returned item has been received in good condition. Refunds will be handled within 2 to 5 business days after receiving the products and will be credited immediately to the payment method used to complete the purchase. Please be aware that refunds might take up to 5 business days to process after they are started. Refunds may only be provided to the original method of payment used to place the order.
